Old Garlow's Place is a Location within the Lower City in Act Three of Baldur's Gate 3. It is located south of the Waypoint Waypoint Lower City Central Wall on the cliff.

General Information[edit | edit source]

It is the new hideout of the Anti-Hag Support Group after they have been evicted from Barren's Coop by their landlord. The property has been fallen in disrepair after the previous owner Garlow left and is now be deemed unsafe for habitation under city law.

Next to the stairs, a hatch at X: -59 Y: -141 allows access to Old Garlow's Basement. In the basement there are a number of explosive traps and a single pressure plate in the far corner of the hallway. The pressure plate can be used by adding weight to it to open a wall that allows access to a hidden cave. Despite the pressure plate appearing like a trap that can be disarmed, disarming it should be avoided as that renders the cave inaccessible through the wall entrance. However, using an Arrow of Transposition can get the party over the wall if they have disarmed the pressure plate.

If Save Mayrina quest failed[edit | edit source]

If Mayrina is never saved in Act One, instead of the Anti-Hag Support Group a group of people called the Dead Eyes will occupy Old Garlow's Place instead. They will be hostile on sight.
