Tym can be found inside of his home in the Lower City alongside his family. According to 
Armbrust's Ledger, Tym is an accomplished tailor, who has since been falling behind on his debts because many of his clients fell behind their debts to him. This is made clear by a note 
Missed Payment found upstairs from Nine-Fingers Keene.
If the newborn Mind Flayer in the windmill in Rivington was fed a corpse, Tym will be found dead inside the home and the Mind Flayer will be wandering around.
