The Water Queen's Cellar is a Location within the Lower City in Act Three of Baldur's Gate 3. It can be accessed from the beach near the three fisherman just south of the Water Queen's House.

Overview

The Water Queen's Cellar cannot be explored without trespassing; the use of stealth is recommended.

Towards the back of the cellar is a treasure pile containing ~400 gold and random jewelry. Looting the pile earns the Umberlee Wavemother's ire, triggering an Ice Storm Ice Storm upon the party and summoning hostile Sahuagin, as well as the party is no longer getting blessed blessed when making an offering at the Offering Chest in the Water Queen's House.

  • Turning the inhabitants of the cellar hostile will not turn the NPC's of the Water Queen's House hostile.
