Phlanders Hort is an assistant employee in Baldur's Gate during Act Three.

Phlanders Hort is employed by Figaro Pennygood at Facemaker's Boutique in the Lower City. If Dolor escapes at the Wine Festival, he travels to the shop to kill Figaro, who is one of his murder targets in the quest 
. If Figaro is killed, Phlanders will take his place as a trader.
