The Water Queen's Cellar is in a small cave that can be accessed from the beach near the three fisherman just south of the Water Queen's House.

Overview

The Water Queen's Cellar cannot be explored without trespassing; the use of stealth is recommended.

Towards the back of the cellar is a treasure pile containing ~400 gold and random jewelry. Looting the pile earns the Wavemother's ire, triggering an Ice Storm upon the party and summoning hostile Sahuagin, as well as the party is no longer getting blessed blessed when making an offering at the Offering Chest in the Water Queen's House.
