Phlanders Hort is a human assistant to Figaro Pennygood, and helps manage his store the Facemaker's Boutique in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate.

Act Three[edit | edit source]
Phlanders' boss Figaro is one of the murder targets during the quest 
. If Dolor escapes at the Wine Festival, he will travel to the Facemaker's Botique to kill Figaro.
If Figaro is killed, Phlanders will take his place as a Trader.

Corresponds to LOW_Figaro_Assistant, similar to Figaro's store but with less selection.
