Bert 'The Weasel' Adams, disguised as a Tipplesome Patron, is a Redcap Mystic Cannoneer found in the The Blushing Mermaid during Act Three.

Bert can be found on the second floor of The Blushing Mermaid having a jolly good time. He will remain disguised as long as combat doesn't start.
