Old Troutman is a shield dwarven trader at the docks east of Philgrave's Mansion in the Lower City.

Involvement

Act Three

Old Troutman sells fish.

If dropping any of the Netherstones anywhere in the Iron Throne and leaving the area without recovering them, and the Sahuagin encounter near Old Troutman has already been resolved, he has the missing Netherstones in his inventory. He is unaware of their true nature, referring to them as "shiny bits" he found while fishing, and sells them to the party for some gold each. The exact value depends on the interacting party member's Charisma Charisma and Persuasion Persuasion modifiers.
