Death's Head of Bhaal Spaulder is a member of the Cult of Bhaal, found in Bloomridge Park in the Lower City during Act Three.
Involvement[edit | edit source]
Spaulder will be hiding just behind the statue of Balduran in the park. If they are not discovered with a Perception check, they will have a surprise round. Otherwise, a fight may be initiated after speaking with Cirian and the Sinister Hooded Man.
