Involvement
Nobster can be found near the Grey Harbour Docks, as part of Churg Elvek's mob, ready to bring Volo to "justice".
When approaching the Steel Watch Foundry, the party can come across Churg Elvek and his mob, as well as Volo who is tied up to some Smokepowder Barrels. Upon approaching, a cutscene plays out where Churg accuses Volo of harmful lies, conspiracies and fear mongering. The party can opt to intervene or draw their weapons after which Churg and his mob attack.
