Hiero Lue is a gold dwarven member of the Dead Eyes.

Involvement

Hiero Lue resides in Old Garlow's Place along with the rest of his crew if the quest  Save Mayrina is never completed in Act One; the Dead Eyes replace Mayrina and her Anti-Hag Support Group and are hostile on sight.
