Tusgront is an enforcer for the Guild who can be found in the Lower City in Act Three.

Involvement

Upon approaching Tusgront, he will immediately engage the party in dialogue and warn them to back off since he and four nearby grunts are guarding the official entrance to the Guildhall. The player can pass one of several dialogue checks in order to get him to stand down and allow them to enter.

If the party sided with Farlin Farlin during her battle with Cairos Cairos on the shoreline of Rivington, then Tusgront will remark that she told him about the help they gave her and he will allow entry without any dialogue checks.
