Cordula Eltan is a Human wizard that replaces Counsellor Florrick's role in confronting you about Ulder Ravengard in the Lower City. She will give you the book 
The Legend of Ansur instead.

Overview
Background
Cordula Eltan is the granddaughter of the founder of the Flaming Fist. She is only encountered if Counsellor Florrick is still jailed or deceased.
Just like the encounter with Florrick, if Wyll decides to break his pact with Mizora during The Blade of Frontiers and forsake his father, Cordula Eltan will also approach Wyll and the party while they are in Baldur's Gate, with the intent to avenge Ravengard.
If successfully persuaded, Cordula can be convinced to handover the book The Legend of Ansur and direct the party to awaken the legendary dragon to protect Baldur's Gate. If not, she may attack the party with her guards instead.
