Instead of the typical guards the are found through the city, Sorcerous Sundries is guarded by [[Animated Armour]]s.
Within Sorcerous Sundries and up the stairs a Projection of Lorroakan will inform you that your "knowledge will determine your path forward." Four portals will open, each accompanied by a plaque giving a different explanation of what the [[Nightsong]] is, only one of which is correct. The pale blue portal on the East side with the plaque that reads "The Nightsong is an immortal being, the child of a deity" will transport you to [[Ramazith's Tower]], while the others will kill whoever attempts to enter.

Sorcerous Sundries is a Location within the Lower City in Act Three of Baldur's Gate 3. Located south-east of the Lower City Central Wall waypoint, it also has a vault containing powerful magical books and other items.

Instead of the typical guards the are found through the city, Sorcerous Sundries is guarded by Animated Armours.

Tolna Tome-Monger[edit | edit source]

Inside Sorcerous Sundries Tolna Tome-Monger Tolna Tome-Monger can be found at her shop at X: 8 Y: -92, where she sells scrolls and books. She can inform the party about the most rare ancient magical books owned by the Sorcerous Sundries including the The Annals of Karsus, a tome written by Karsus himself. However she refuses to sell them or even show them but tells the party that the books are stored in the Sorcerous Vault. If passing a persuasion check, she tells the party that the vault can be entered through her office.

To get these items, they must be pickpocketed from Rolan or accessed via the Trade option available at the bottom left corner of the screen.
