Ground floor[edit | edit source]
The inside of the warehouse has been taken over by several Worgs, who appear to have killed their Goblin handler. In the north-western corner is a partially concealed hatch leading to the basement.
Basement[edit | edit source]
The basement can be accessed either through a hatch inside the warehouse or a very messy path up from the Lower City Sewers.
Docks[edit | edit source]
The basement is empty, except for the machine parts storage room where the party can meet Redhammer near his submarine.
The party can either convince Redhammer to take them to the Iron Throne, or kill him and control the submarine themselves. If Gortash is defeated before visiting the Iron Throne, then Redhammer disappeared from the basement, and a 
Letter of Resignation can be found on the floor in his place.
