Kled is a Hobgoblin who lives in Old Garlow's Place in the Lower City.

Involvement

Upon entering Old Garlow's Place, the party will find Kled and the other members of the Anti-Hag Support Group. They are being stalked by a hag and are initially suspicious of the party and will attack unless pacified by a successful dialogue check. If Mayrina survived Act 1, then Kled will talk about how much he admires her.

Kled has three Rage charges but doesn't actually have the Rage action.

Bugs

In Honour mode, as of Patch 6 / Hotfix 21, Kled has Dror Ragzlin's Legendary Action: Devoted Galvanism. This is most likely a bug, as the description of the legendary action explicitly refers to Dror Ragzlin.
