Lae'zel/Disapproval

From bg3.wiki

Lae'zel dislikes spinelessness, ineffective actions and distractions from the shortest path to dealing with most any problem.

Lae'zel disapproves of most acts of mercy and compassion. She almost always detests expressing feelings openly, submission to others, using diplomacy or subterfuge, or loosening one's grip when dealing with subordinates and lessers (in her vision, most individuals around her are the latter) when simple authority or force will suffice, including some of her own race. She also disapproves of unnecessary use of resources on issues which lead the party astray from its path to a cure. Lae'zel almost always disapproves of challenging or questioning githyanki culture, customs and norms, or paying respect to any other deity except her own. Finally, she despises anything connected to ghaik (i.e. illithid) or their culture.

The story and dialogue choices listed on this page lower Lae'zel Lae'zel's approval.

Notes edit

  1. It is well documented that there are numerous instances in the game where changes in (dis)approval likely should fire, but do not. This Nexusmods page explains the problem and offers a solution via a mod.
  2. Tu'narath is a githyanki city in the deeps of the Astral Plane, the capital to the dominion of the lich-queen Vlaakith. More about it can be found on Tu'narath on the Forgotten Realms Wiki
