Hoogy Slone is a human commoner who can be encountered in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate during Act Three.

Hoogy Slone can be found across the Basilisk Gate Barracks, behind the gallows, in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate. He appears to be enjoying the view towards the sea of Baldur's Gate and cannot be interacted with[1].
