Doorman Phubbs is an elven greeter to
Lady Jannath that can be found in Lady Jannath's Estate in the Lower City.
Involvement[edit | edit source]
Phubbs can only be found in the foyer of Lady Jannath's Estate if 
Oskar Fevras was never rescued from 
Brem in Act One.
If Oskar Fevras was rescued, the manor is haunted and Phubbs is sent away on a temporary leave of absence at the request of 
Chamberlain Mercer.
