Vince Torell is a dead human who can be found in Baldur's Gate during Act Three.

Vince Torell can be found executed by hanging near the main entrance of Basilisk Gate Barracks in the Lower City. He was executed together with 
Durm Goroy by 
Fist 'Edge' Arensen. They only show up after some time and are not there yet upon first entering Lower City.
