Act Three

If the Steel Watch Foundry is intact, Elthira Gossen can be found at Bonecloak's Apothecary interrogating Drongo Bixworth and Florean Bixworth for information on the Absolute. Although Aggralix and Karoline are also present, neither of them interject, as Elthira Gossen runs the interrogation.
