Seyama

Manip Seyama is a human ranger and a sergeant of the Flaming Fist. She can be found in Lower City in Act Three.

Involvement

Seyama is stationed inside the Basilisk Gate Barracks office. She has been tasked with sorting out crime complaints, but is seemingly overwhelmed by the amount of them. If spoken to, she cannot compose her thoughts, taking the player character as one of the bidders.

One of the complainants waiting outside, Thatmatt Oakhide, occasionally walks inside the office to update on his case. Seyama is trying to placate him while maintaining some formality all the while.

Seyama's reactions to the player character differ a bit if they have successfully detected a charm put on Blaze Liara Portyr while talking to her and Lora Bergauz upon taking up the quest  Save Vanra.
